Emmanuel Amos


Emmanuel Amos is a Mechanical Engineering junior at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) with hands-on experience in the Design, Manufacturing, and Robotics industries. Emmanuel has cultivated a broad skill set through various roles, including research at SOURCE, customer service at Wade Commons, and mentoring new students. His work has involved collaboration, problem-solving, and developing customer service skills.


Emmanuel has also been a Global Ambassador for the Office of International Student Resources and Engagement since July 2024, and a member of the IT Working Group, where he led an initiative to improve the CWRU online map by collecting and acting on student feedback. Additionally, he serves as an Engineering Representative and Director of IT in the Undergraduate Student Government, where he engages with students to improve campus life and accessibility.


Emmanuel's volunteer work includes teaching coding and leading a coding club at Rumukoroshe School in Nigeria, where he successfully prepared students for the First Lego League competition. He holds certifications in SolidWorks and has proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Javascript, Python, MATLAB, and Java, as well as software like AUTOCAD and Arduino IDE. Emmanuel's dedication to his academic and extracurricular activities demonstrates his readiness to contribute effectively to an engineering internship.
